To commemorate the Birth Centenary year of Shri B.Nagi Reddi, the management of Vijaya Group of Hospitals conducted Free Medical Camp in Y.Kothapalli, Tadipatri taluk, Kadappa district of Andhra Pradesh the birth place of the founder on 29th July 2012. The free medical camp was inaugurated by our Trustee Mr.B.Venkatrama Reddy and Chief Executive Officer Mrs.Bharathi Reddy, of Vijaya Group of Hopsitals, in the presence of Mr. Bommi Janardhana Reddy, Manager, Penna Cements and his wife Mrs.Lakshmi.

The camp started at 9 am in the morning and lot of people from kothapalli and the surrounding villages lined up for health check up. The first registration was done by Mr.B.Janardhana Reddy and after registration the people were organized and taken through height, weight, BMI and BP check. After preliminary check up the villagers were consulted by Doctors from various specialties like General Medicine, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Geriatrics and Cardiology.

Mr.J.C.Prabakar Reddy, brother of Mr.J.C.Diwakar Reddy, MLA and Ex MP, graced the occasion and applauded the service rendered by the Vijaya Group of Hospitals at its founder's birth place. After consultation and thorough check up the attending villagers were counselled about their illness and relevant instructions were given. For high risk patients Electrocardiogram was performed and reviewed by the cardiologist. All the attendees were prescribed medication according to their medical condition. Approximately 400 persons benefited from the health camp. The Vijaya Groups initiative to take health care to the deepest of the villages of the country was a grand success. This is a milestone in the fulfillment of our founders dream.
